Engine BMW M54

The BMW M54 engine is a straight-six gasoline engine that was first introduced in 2000. It was used in a variety of BMW models, including the E46 3 Series, E39 5 Series, E53 X5, and E85 Z4. The M54 was designed to be a more advanced engine than its predecessor, the M52, and featured improvements such as an aluminum block, a new intake manifold, and an advanced engine management system.
