Sorry but, the 1998 chevy 5.7 vortec has a distributor. It wasn’t until 1999 where the distributor was eliminated. thanks.

I have 98 5.7 vortex Silverado. I pull a travel trailer. I need more power. It only has 60m miles on it. Should I change the gear ratio or just buy a different truck with more pulling power? Thanks Herb
